主要围绕单细胞与空间基因组学新技术的开发及其在重大疾病中的应用开展研究。研究方向聚焦于单细胞多模态组学与空间组学技术的创新,致力于构建能够在单细胞分辨率下同时解析基因组结构、基因表达及其空间组织特征的新型技术体系;在此基础上,系统研究基因组结构异常及变异对转录调控网络和细胞命运决定的影响机制;进一步结合肿瘤发生发展模型,解析肿瘤在治疗压力下的耐药演化过程及其分子基础,为肿瘤精准诊断与干预策略的建立提供理论依据和技术支撑。
