运用黏膜疫苗技术研究蚊媒黄病毒、恶性肿瘤及过敏性疾病的预防或治疗手段。针对登革等新突发蚊媒黄病毒,研制无ADE风险且适于口服递送的新一代疫苗;针对胰腺癌等难治性肿瘤,研制治疗性mRNA疫苗及免疫增效策略;针对花粉及尘螨过敏,研制基于改良过敏原的治疗性疫苗;同时,设计靶向训练免疫的广谱抗病毒新策略。
